I see these in people's signatures, I thought it was just a thing people did until I noticed the badges with numbers on them at the aircraft's tails. and when I looked at the forums, I found some that had what looked to be competitions (I didn't look thoroughly). Is it something people do on the website and can I make one for my signature, or is it a competition thing and you have to earn them as badges or something?
