Could not resist. Went to the LHS for a bottle of paint, got that, and this! Spent many hours walking wingtip to wingtip around one of these. Only the ready alert ones that were nuclear armed.

Groovy. I went to town once to buy an 8-track (yes 8-track) tape....came back with a '68 Chevy Malibu. I wasn't allowed to have the check book after that.
Almost as good as yours Geo, went to pickup a catalog at the local Harley-Davidson dealership ended up engaged and with a motorcycle...long story.
Good one Robert.

That sounds like the teaser for a great book or movie?
Well since I'm in the middle of it, I don't yet know how it ends.

Thats what sequels are for! So who gets to play you, and who plays the engaged lady? Any particular choices!

You win Jim.

Your braver than I am Jim. I've only ever done Vac modification kits or canopies. Enough to scare me away from an entire Vac kit.
I built the Monogram 1/72 B-52 hit when I was a kid. You better have one gigantic shelf to display it on Robert.

Who said anything about building?
As far as who would play me, someone on here said I looked like Philip Semore Hoffman, but since he's dead... Actual, come to think about it I am quite pale so he may be an excellent choice.

Yeah that has increasingly become a problem. Its going to be a wall hanger or ceiling dangler. And since I have been buying more 1:32 kits I think I may run out of both!

Hmmm Pale huh? Have to search IMDB a bit and see who we can come up with!
been at it again....

Nice! Love to look at but my fingers cannot deal with 1:72 much. Unless it is a really large aircraft!

So this arrived today, if it qualifies I will enter it in the current GB.
Nice! Gotta love the SPAD.
