Don't think so. The decals have a 2008 date on them and the original price sticker looks like they have been around a long time. I get the feeling these have been lost in the backroom of the store and have just recently found their way to the bargain bin.Nice find there Jeff !
New-style packaging - have Hobbycraft returned to the market then ?
Lots of great stuff but a very typical niche store......expensive.I love that store and try to stop in any time I'm in T.O. They seem to stock some rare kits, not to mention some great books
It's a Cricut George. The other big name is Silhouette. It's hard to get past all the girly projects that these things are intended for as there are thousands of free templates with frilly stuff and puppy dogs and sh!t like that but do you think they'd have a swastika?.....NOOOOOO! Doesn't everyone want to make them?????
Looks like a lot tasty treats for forum members this Holiday Season. Mine started in November with my birthday present to myself... sometimes you just gotta do it.

Some fun projects to look forward to in 2018!
Is it possible to upload files into the machine?
JKim, Ben Long writes great user friendly books on these cameras if you need or are looking for easy instructions. I have a XSi and a 6D and have his books on both.
I don't think I will do the red and black ship as it was a PR stunt and not operational. I am leaning towards the OD green checker tail for the one and the RAF dessert camo for the other.Great pickup Jeff. I had the one on the right and built it somewhere in a Start to Finish thread. The checkers on the tail worked great, fitting almost perfectly. The red flash at the front.....not so much. I totally botched them as they kept folding over on themselves and finally ripping. I think cutting them in half or even into 3 pieces might be a better option
