Don't know why, but I've been on an armor buying kick lately. The Scout Car and the Dodge were waiting on the front porch when I came home from work today and the Jeep should be here in a couple of days.

As feared, at the price I quoted above, the kit is gone. Soooooooooooo, to console myself...

The bottom one is a Fujimi kit, a breed that I have not yet built. These were from an estate sale, all parts still sealed in the bags. All four for $140. There were about 15 more 1/48 kits but the look I got from SWMBO suggested that I may be shot at the nearest available dawn had I grabbed any more

Good stuff Geo - missed out on one kit, but got four !
Fujimi kits are generally good, and were ahead of their time when first released. Some of their earlier jets are closer to 1/50th scale, though hardly noticeable, but their WW2 stuff are 1/48th. The Bf110D I did for GB 36 was a Fujimi kit, from the same era as the Bf109 kit.

Just realised i was talking b*llocks about my Fujimi Bf110.
I was going to use the Fujimi Bf110D kit, but used the Eduard kit for this build !
The Fujimi kit is slated for another build in my BoB collection ........... must have been having a 'senior' moment !!

Nope. Any metal parts included.. As far as the scale is concerned.. I have a couple of 1/48 scale kits in my stash but not the Spit Vc. Doing supermarket shopping today I found it in a toy shop for quite nice price. Certainly I couln't resist myself.
