Just picked up some reels of lead wire. from an angling supplies store - 0.46mm and 0.56mm x 4 meter reels, at £1.67 each, plus postage, total £5,03.
Considering the last time I bough some small packets, probably about 1 meter length in total, at £1.25 per pack, it's good value, and saves having to unravel the small lengths each time it's used.


 
Got a few bits and pieces for future builds - I was only a half hour drive away from hannant's last week, but that could have been dangerous, so I ordered on-line !
Correction parts, instrument panel, door, wheels and seat harness for the Revell 1/32nd scale Spitfire MkII, and a couple of the superb Rob Taurus canopies for the Tamiya 1/48th scale Mosquito B.IV and FB.VI.
