Even as a non-builder it's hard not to be impressed with this offering from "Clear Prop". With 91 plastic parts, 18 resin parts, 39 PE parts and 1 brass pitot tube, there is a bunch of detail provided for this history making aircraft. Actually building it will see if the label EXPERT on the box top is warranted, but it all looks very well thought out. Anyway, suffice to say, in 1/72 scale this appears to be the gold standard for the birth of allied jet power. Oh and it's not that expensive, which is nice.

I say, what's all this non-fuss about then, eh ?
Just get the bally things, and tell us what they're like, there's a good chap, what !
And stop all this fussing about like a woman in a supermarket ...................
