Gentleman from Germany is on Scalemates and he had it available for 22 euros, which I though was pretty good considering what some sellers want for it. Geo wasn't kidding when he said how some sellers have gone insane with the prices.Nice to have you Fw190 coming from Germany

I have both those too Don. Was considering the 49 for this group build but really want to build the 35 first in case I never get round to both. I remember seeing a vacuform one in the back of a model mag when I was a kid and was dying to get it but didn't have the cash. Probably a good thing as I'm sure it would have been a disaster back then.
Also have a Testors B-2 in 1/72 as well as Sword N-1M and N-9MA in 1/48. Maybe we should do a flying wing group build

I did the XB-35 back when it came out in the middle 90's. As I recall not to bad of a kit. Typical soft plastic of ESCI but doable.

The propeller logos are what I will be using first!
I must say I do like the etched brass cockpit parts - reckon I'll have plenty of uses for them given the number of crappy old Hobby Craft and Classic Airframes kits I have accumulated!

The nice thing about this haul is that none of it will go to waste!! I have kits in the stash for all the upgrade parts and homes for nearly all the decals (I hope to have a couple of spares for when I inevitably stuff some up!!!).That is one hell of a haul Grant.
I had a close look at the Brassin for the F4F-3 upgrade and the level of detail you get from 3D printing is simply amazing. Probably should put down the new toys and get back to work - sigh...

first purchases for a while. The Mossie was not intended but had to be done as it was the last one in the shop and looked lonely and unloved. The Panther is second hand so that's just recycling right?

That's is extremely relevant reason to purchase a kit. Loneliness is a common reason for kit disassociation and will cause it to never feel happy no matter who builds or how it is built. You are to be commended for such an act of selfishness.I'm banned from adding to the stash as well but......
