Renault RE20 Turbo - 1/12 Scale

This is the Italeri kit which I believe is just a copy of the Tamiya kit that was first released in 1981. What you will see below over a couple of posts is the final stages of completion as I had almost finished the kit on my return to this forum. It was a complex build with at times some confusing instructions that included press fit, glue, screw and weld. It also gave some miss directions on decals p[lacing which I fell for, so decals are not quite complete until a replacement set arrives from the US. This was also just an OOB build.

Those are great old kits. I built the Tamiya Walter Wolf WR1 many years ago.

I realized a couple of days later that I had these protection plates incorrectly fitted, lucky for me they were screw-on so it was east fixed.
