What sort of blind flying panel? What vintage? Generic "modern" basic six instruments, or the whole shebang, with ADF, ILS, VOR, marker beacon, etc indicators? Or are you looking for a WWII vintage compact (fighter) style or elaborate (bomber/transport) type blind flying instrument panel? Back then a lot of planes were built with blind flying as kind of an afterthought, and the necessary instruments not arranged in an ergonomic easy to scan pattern. There are a lot of images of instrument panels to be found, but you might have to scale and dimension them yourself.
Cheers,
