Stencils for P-51B

What colours they are? White, yellow, black? And are they a same as on P-51D version?

The main stencils are more or less the same on the B/C and D, but of course there are some differences due to equipment fit and location. The colours depend on the finish of the airframe, and the purpose of the stencil, and all three colours mentioned are used.
Somewhere here on the forum there is a very good set of diagrams showing the stencils, position, style and colour. I think it's headed P51D Mustang Stencils.

No, as stated, it depends on their purpose. On Olive Drab / Neutral Grey aircraft, the main stencils would be black, but some cautionary stencils might be yellow for instance, and some warning stencils in red. The majority of these markings can not be seen, even until very close on the real aircraft, so it's worth looking for that diagram I mentioned in my last post.

Thanks, but I alredy have that, for D version.

As mentioned, the differences would be minimal. Only those hatches and access points which were re-located would be different, the stencils would remain the same. Basically, the inside of the main gun hatch cover would have a slightly different placard, and these could even be of varying styles on the 'D', and probably the coolant tank access panel on the top of the port side cowling, with maybe a very few others. Others might include lubrication and jacking points, but, to be honest, even on a large scale model, these would be virtually impossible to see, unless the model was angled to to be able to view the area, and then very close up. especially on an Olive Drab finish.
If you look at the diagrams mentioned, you should be able to work out which, if any, stencils were moved or not relevant.
