Tamiya 1/32 Corsair II

Well, it's done! This is another of Tamiya's 1/32 F4U-1A converted to a British Corsair II, by clipping the wings and adding the scoops on the sides and bottom. The only additions I made using aftermarket parts are the wheels (BarracudaCast) and RB Production Sutton harness. I also added wiring to the engine for the first time. Decals are Eagle Editions depicting a Corsair flow by Sub Lt. Don Sheppard (Royal Canadian Naval Reserve) of 1836 Squadron FAA, during January, 1945. He was the only confirmed Canadian all-Corsair ace. There are a few things I'm not perfectly happy with but overall I'm pleased. Thanks to those that helped me with the build!
