Ah, politics, politics, politics. An article written without the benefit of insight into the kind of judgement call that governments make during wartime to protect their interests. Not saying that Churchill made the 'right' decision, but he had a hard decision to make and he made the one that served Allied interests at the time. That's what governments do. Interesting to note that after the war Tito turned to the USA for Marshall aid, against Stalin's wishes and that "he maybe a commie, but he's our commie!"
