Yep !
Well done Jim - I thought it wouldn't take long, but that, my friend, was quick !!
It's a former Swedish Air Force target tug, awaiting restoration at Duxford.
Apparently, I took the photo at some point in the future ....................................

[Capt. Vick]

Wow...way in the future! I once told you that I hoped you live a 1,000 years, but building a time machine?

[Capt. Vick]

This one should be real easy if you know it!

[Airframes]

I think I know it, but I'm b*gg*red if I can remember what it is !!!!

[Capt. Vick]

Oh, so close Terry!

[rochie]

Is it the Me 262, with prop ?

Piaggio P.119?

[Capt. Vick]

Damn you are good my friend! It is the Piaggio! How did you figure that one out?

[wuzak]

Didn't know the name. But the nose didn't look like it contained an engine, and I remembered a radial powered, mid-engined Italian plane. So I googled mid-engined Italian plane....

[wuzak]

Try this one guys.

[Capt. Vick]

Piper Jet?

[Airframes]

Ah, it was the Piaggio I was thinking of - well done !
No clue on the latest one at all !

[wuzak]

Piper Jet?

Nope.

[wuzak]

A clue: it was a research aircraft.

[Aaron Brooks Wolters]

Just a stab, but a Northrop F-5E?

[wuzak]

No.

Perhaps slightly wider view will help.

[Airframes]

Not a Piper jet, but definitely a jet pipe !
I've got me coat .................

[Capt. Vick]

HiMat?

[Airframes]

Is Matt back? Where ?
I've got me hat too .............
