Yes. The Tornado was actually right side up and the tanker was flying inverted.
With no doubt. The light is coming from the top causing the light reflections on the surfaces painted quite gloss. Have a look at the black cone of the Tornado nose and the stabilizers of the refueling boom. The Tornado has the reflection at the bottom of the cone while the stabilizer at the top. What is more the while undersides of the Tornado are dark and the fuel tank under the fuselage has even the light outline of not removed pixels of the light background the Tornado was cut out with. When the pic is reversed the light gets its correct direction. Additionally I may tell you that the author used the Photoshop eraser and other tools ineptly.
