Did anyone else see that William Shatner (Captain Kirk) is going into space?

Shatner, age 90, is scheduled to lift on the Blue Origin (Bezos) October 12 launch of New Shepard (below).

Exactly...the guy wearing red ALWAYS gets vaporized/eaten/de-molecularized/melted etc by the alien. Never EVER wear red when you're going into space!!!!
