I know one thing you wouldnt catch me stuck in on of these cigar tube coffins.
Heres a few shots of the WW2 Destroyer HMS Cavalier although she is fitted with post war bits including Squid dischargers.
I finished a rail tour of of Italy last week and thought I would post a few shots.
As a then and now shot I found Mussolinis palace in Piazza Venezia, Rome, and took a snap the mono image is from 1936 that I located on the web.
Cool stuff. I hope we get to see more of your shots from Italy. I am off tomorrow to shoot the next QB staging event, and maybe get onto the ranch with my new press credentials. QB is an aviation society that is by invitation only. One of it's esteemed members has a private airshow at his ranch every year. The airplanes stage out of Camarillo. You never know what may show up, and there are always a few surprises.
