I was wondering if anyone has ever sent away for ww2 US Navy Pilot history cards of aircraft Accident reports? and how easy it was?
I'm trying to obtain a copy of a 16mm microfilm reel and I've read that you can just send a cheque to the US Navy History dept. for $30, with a request of the exact Reel No. and microdex No. and they will send it to you? is it really that easy? And how much info does it contain?
Any advice would be much appreciated.
