I do not think so, here the main wings are made of wood instead of aluminum and our objekt is smaller, less broad (I believe). But it looks indeed similar.
My guess is the V-1. It has a tubular spar and the shape looks correct.
Hard to tell from your photo, but I would not expect to see a German late war component with its interior painted green. Typically there isn't any paint on interior surfaces.
It also looks like the ribs are cast as opposed to stamped, which would add cost, complexity for a late war item.
It looks to me as though the top and bottom halves are separate assemblies that are held together by this bolts that pass through the cast ribs. Strange way to construct a wing. I'm thinking what ever it is it is not from and aircraft.
