They didn't go into that in the interview.
Unfortunately your guess is as good as mine on that one.
Weve been waiting for the final since the beta release in December 2007.

4.09 patch is out, however those using mods best wait till AAA release a mod patch (in progress) as the mods dont work well with new patch.

I think making the Dutch ones flyable are part of the future patch/addons.
I seem to remember reading about it.
I now you aren't the only one asking for it to be flyable.
