In my castle....
Boy....! This is doing my head in...
Now, I've been trying to go through the Vallejo paints to order them from Modelhobbies, which Terry so kindly recommended earlier, which is easier said than done....
Anyhoo, after doing my best, to try to get the colours to match the Tamiya chart, I'm a few short that I'm not too sure about....

RAF/Dark Green
RAF/Ocean Grey
Field Blue
Desert Yellow
Metallic Grey

So, any help is as always, very much appreciated....8) :D

 Holy Mother Of God...! Times like these I wish that I had a printer....! Very much appreciated Antoni...!

Not all of them. Some they don't sell within EU because what they're made of. But, they do have plenty of Vallejo....we're still talking about modelhobbies.co.uk, right?

No, Lucky. The other one, the model shop just down the road from where I live in Macclesfield. They have the full range, less a couple of colours that are 'out' worldwide, I believe metallics. They can do mail order, or, tell me what you want and I'll get em and send em up to you. If you want to order direct, the tel. number is:- 01625 511646. Web = cheshiremods.org.uk
The owner is Iris.

Oh...ok, thanks Terry! The plan was to build the Mosquito and the Beaufighter at the same time, but that would take the whole defence budget to get the paints :( ... So I think that I'll kick off with my Mosquito B Mk.IV first and start on the on the Beaufighter halfway through or something like that...

Know what you mean Jan. If you need any help from my end to get the paints, just give me a shout. BTW, just had a reply from my ex- Mossie Beaufighter pilot friend in the 'States. Will be posting the story he sent me, with a couple of pics I did of his aircraft, hopefully later today, under 'STORIES'.
Cheers, Terry.

Thanks Terry, will do...appreciated! Just had the Vallejo chart printed at the library, 20 pages! Great news....looking forward to the story(ies)! 8)

These Vallejo paints are really nice.Although I haven't used them so far but heart many good opinions. For airbrushes the Air series is dedicated. These are ready to use.Certainly some additional colours are needed for wash or drybrushing for instance. That's a pit these are quite expensive here in Poland.

That's some useful colour charts you found there, Jan. I'll have to print-out copies to keep on file. Even though i know most of them, it's amazing how you can forget at a critical moment!

Tell me about it... I'll have to ask my dad to print them and send them to me....OH JOY for not having a printer!

I'm almost done checking Vallejo paints and comparing with the charts now, post a list shortly...
