Hello, my first post in requesting identification (reason in my introduction post). Handwheel of some sort with lots of id numbers, diameter is 103 millimeters.

Yes it appears that the W15s are the remains of electrical terminal boxes. They typically consisted of two halves as can be seen in the photos posted by Wurger.
