This proves beyond a doubt that the Beatles were superb blues rockers. And people reckon the Rolling Stones were the badass ones. In my opinion the Beatles were, they just kept it amid a far more diverse toolbox, which they readily demonstrated the variety and depth of that the Stones just couldn't reproduce. Granted, the Stones were great back then, but they were a bit of a one-trick pony and rode a wave of controversy that followed them everywhere and tended to elevate music sales, as such a thing does, rather than demonstrate fleet-of-creativity that the Beatles regularly did.
