I was at an airport restaurant in Florida having a meal last Sunday afternoon.
There were 4 or 5 single engine planes parked facing the restaurant.
One of them starts up and appears to try and rotate 360 degrees.
Then the engine revs up to double idle speed and the plane jumps up and down. Maybe prop wash on the elevators which appeared to be moved up and down.
As it was pointing straight at me maybe 80 feet away, I stopped eating and was ready to run.
The pilot got it more or less straight and then 2 girls got out and attempted to push it backwards - without success.
2 men came out and talked to the girls who then got back in again and started it again and then took it down the taxiway and maybe took off.
