1. San Francisco 49ers 11-5 (Alex Smith Breakout Year, much improved Defense)
2. Seattle Seahawks 9-7 (Seachickens will fall, Alexander's foot is still broken)
3. Arizona Cardinals 8-8 (a team on the rise)
4. St. Louis Rams 6-10 (great QB and RBs but the Defense is falling)
