That is an EXCELLENT series. I've been watching it since the beginning. They also have WWI and "Between Two Wars" series. They have other videos, shot on location, which are released as suppliments to their weekly historical series. Indy, Sparty, and the gang do a fantastic job.

Many thanks for bringing the series to my attention. I saw many/most of the Great War installments and was consistently impressed. Just took a WW II topic at random: Finland in 1940, and saw much content previously unknown to me. (Both sides drank mucho vodka but obviously the Finnish variety was more potent. Or something.)

I think the Finnish vodka,

was a much higher octane, or maybe it was rocket fuel. They punched way above their weight in the conflict.
