Ww2 bmw engine valve

hi guy's..can anyone help I'm researching an engine valve recovered from the North sea from a German aircraft

Serial number s062052 ..I'm hoping to id the aircraft and crew.

No that is impossible. The number is a part number. Place of find would help but even then it will be a very slim change.

Then you have a valve. Why do you think it is bmw?

The fella that reteaved it saw the bmw id on the engine

Engine serial numbers typically cant be linked to airframe serials and that would be exponentially more so with just a valve.
