Kawasaki Ki-61-1b Hien (Swallow)

Shown here is a Ki-61-1b Army Type 3 Fighter Model 1B, Hien (Swallow) of the 37th Sentai, a unit that fought in the last stages of the defence of the Philippines before being forced to redeploy in Formosa and Okinawa in the last year of the war.
