my updated instrument panel and spitfire throttle box that im going to cannibalize to make into a hurricane one.

Great stuff.
Will you make the seat from alloy, or maybe glass-fibre ? Even MDF could be used, if braced at the rear.

I'm going to try make it from sheet metal, so its easy to weld, I've got one from the museum to copy from. Geedee, I would love to but its nearly 30 foot long and I have no way of transporting it. We are going to try have a cockpitfest in September if anyone fancies it? There's an aerojumble at the same time

Thanks tony After a long absence because of work and museum stuff ive finally got some work done on the Hurri'. I have moved the 30ft long fuselage to a better place and completed the structure of the centre section of the wing and rested it in place. The seat, although needing some work, is rested in place also
