1/48 Wingsy A5M2b Early

Here's a build of the Wingsy kit. It seems like I may have gotten a kit that passed quality control with a few issues. The P.E. thickness is shallow in areas so there's some details missing on some parts, example being areas on the floor where there's supposed to be raised texture are completely flat in areas. There's also some areas where the plastic seems to be short shot. Quite a few missing rivets and some big sink marks on the engine cowling. I know the reviews of this kit have been really good so I wouldn't let my experience dissuade you from purchasing the kit if you're looking for a A5M2b.

I'm using the Quick Boost exhausts, and have the Aires control surfaces but may not use them because I'm waiting on the DEAD Design optical illusion control surfaces to see how they work. The build will probably stall for a bit at this point as I'm waiting on masks for the insignias and will be joining the no propeller group build.
