1/72 Superoster Spittor

I have had to put my Nakajima B5N1 to one side while waiting for paint.

I was looking through the parts bin and found I had a Spitfire fuselage, a pair of Gladiator wings and some tail planes from a.n.other plane. No I couldn't could I that's insane I would be burnt at the stake for this heresy.

I can only find one pair of interplane struts so that's a scratch build required. I have just found the Gladiator legs and a Swordfish tail wheel. Plus a vacuform canopy from a.n.other plane. I need wheels, guns and struts.

If those are the Roden Gladiator struts you are missing then they are garbage anyway. Better off making your own.

I fiddled about trying to make struts before deciding sod it I will just make them out of round 1.3mm plastic rod.

Damn I prefer Glosmarine Gladfire I might have to steal that.

As far as rigging I am thinking just a few wires at the interplane struts and forget the rest of the wires
