That's dope! It looks like a D.520 without the top wing. Just one question: What armament is it going to have?View attachment 593704

Armament is 4 X .303 machine guns same as the Gladiator. 2 under the lower wings in fairings and 2 firing through the propeller. The first Hurricane had 2 mg's alongside the RR Merlin engine so I just copied the position. You can just see the gun ports beneath the prop hub.
 
Those tails look like there are from a Curtis P-36

Interwar RAF fighters had some colourful paint schemes. Each squadron would have it's own scheme as long as the aircraft was Silver dope overall the squadron could go nuts with the paint brush on the tail, wings and sides. It was probably a form of recruitment advertising at airshows I suppose.
