Actually Lim-6bis but it is almost the same. The MiG-17 was a base for the plane.

Yes, the Lim abbreviation stands for "Licencyjny myśliwiec" - license fighter. But the plane version was made here in Poland in order to get the assault aircraft. See the Mars rocket missile launcher at the underwing pylon. What is more please note the container of the drogue chute at the fin root seen in the first pic.
