Sergeant D M Barclay, Sergeant J M Case, Sergeant F A J Hankins: died of injuries; Sergeant S G H Harper: injured; aircraft accident, Hampden P4313, 14 Operational Training Unit, 27 March 1941.

Took off 18:25 on the 15th of September 1941 from Coningsby. Crashed 03:20 on a road just beyond Pocklington airfield where the crew were attempting to land.
 
Hampden I AD913, 44 Sqdn, UK.

Took off 20:45 on the 2nd September 1941 from Waddington. while over the target the port engine failed and after struggling to return to base on one engine the Hampden was abandoned at 02:45 on the 3rd of September 1941 near Dorking Surrey.

5th of May 1942, Stirling I R9313, 218 Sqdn, UK....
Remarks: Took off 2230 on the 4th of May 1942 from Marham to drop leaflets in the Laon region of France. On the return the Stirling was intercepted and shot down by a Havoc/Hurricane combination from 1455 Flight from Tangmere.
