Anyone have a complete photo of this kite?

Hello there! You probably already know this but that's Alexandr Matveyev in front of his P-40E. I could not find any other photos of this aircraft unfortunately. Many Russian sources says the photo is taken in February 1942. It could be even early March. 154 IAP had a mix of Kittyhawks and Tomahawks at this point. You are probably familiar with his P-40E, the "Serial 65" during the summer of 1942 (below). I guess it might be the same machine with washable winter camo. But it is a wild speculation. In November 1942 154 IAP became 29 GIAP and changed to Yak-7B. Apparently Matveyev was a big advocate to use M-105P engines to replace Allisons in P-40E.
