I have this one SS-Wiking: the history of the Fifth ... - Google Bookson my shelf and I would suggest its a pretty good source of pics and info.

I also have this one Amazon.com: SS HITLER'S FOREIGN DIVISIONS: Foreign Volunteers in the Waffen SS 1940-1945 (9781904687375): Christopher Bishop: Books on the shelf. It gives an overall description/history of all SS foreign divisions (as the title suggests) including the 5thSS 11thSS. Decent info pics. I think its quite a good book.

Jan, theres a whole series of books on the SS divisions in English like Florence posted. They are out there.

And I think I'm gonna move this to the book section - seems a better place if thats ok with you.

The SS-Panzer-Aufklärungs-Abteilung 11 "Nordland" or in Swedish, Pansarspaning med Waffen-SS på östfronten
SS-Panzer-Aufklärungs-Abteilung 11 "Nordland" och svenska SS-plutonen i Baltikum, Pommern och Berlin 1943-1945. That one I can get in Swedish or English and is about 400 pages, wonder why the different Swedish covers though....

Hitlers Vikings is 256 pages I think...
