Does anyone have any drawings or diagrams/pictures showing detail of the DEFA 30mm cannon installation used on the Israeli Air Force A-4H and N Skyhawks? I am particularly interested in how the links and expended cases were ejected, and how the ammunition was stored and fed to the guns. Thanks in advance.

Unfortunately no.
But this is probably a good place to offload a 20mm cannon photo from a RAN A-4G at Albatross....

All I have is a couple of pics showing that the gun was large enough that a bulge fairing under the wing root was fitted to enclose it - and the barrel was located lower than the 20mm was.

This drawing seems to show the empty-case ejection ports (small rectangles aft and inboard of the fairing):

I would expect the ammo cans would be located in the same place as the 20mm cans were.
Here is a diagram for 20mm-equipped A-4s except the A-4M (see next image):

Here is the A-4M's layout - the cans are larger as the capacity was raised from 100 rounds per gun to 200 rounds per gun.
The 30mm ammo cans would have been similar in size to the combined larger 20mm cans of the A-4M, as they had 150 rounds per gun of the larger ammo!:
