Tamiya 1/72 Bf 109G-6 soon
Tamiya 1/72 Spitfire Mk.1 (new tool) after that

Rumour has it that Airfix has moved up their release date of the 1:48 P-51D-5 to June. This version didn't have the dorsal fillet so it should open up a lot of decal possibilities including Lou IV without the surgery.

I'll believe that when I see it. Still waiting for my Spit XIV that was supposed to be shipped in March. Anyone know what's going on with this?

The Airfix newsletter shows the Spit ready for release.

Thanks Terry.

Just checked Andy - it's due in May.

Looks like I need to be looking out for the Mustang! Robin Old's bird will be in that configuration.

[Crimea_River]

Thanks Terry. I am surprised there has been no follow up on status as I preordered this kit last year.

Revell have just released a 1/32nd scale FW190A-8 'Sturmbock'.
Detailed cockpit, engine and undercart, plain or blown canopies, and a choice of two markings option, JG3 and JG300.
Price in the UK is around £35.

[Wurger]

At glance, looking great.

[Crimea_River]

Yep. New tool or Hasegawa rebox?

[Donivanp]

Rebox, rebox, rebox, Oh sorry got a little carried away, I'll be quite now!

[fubar57]

New parts added to an earlier Revell kit

[Airframes]

Haven't been able to establish whether new tool or a re-boxing, but as it's Revell Germany, it may well be a new tool.

Seen this on Scalemates............

Something with your name on Terry, old sausage....
