Airfix have just announced their new tool range for 2025, and there are some great subjects. Aircraft noted below, and there are also new space craft, and 1/35th scale military vehicles.
In 1/72nd scale :- Westland Wessex HC.2 . Messerschmitt Me.410. Consolidated B-24D.
In 1/48th scale :- Sepecat Jaguar GR.1/GR.1A. Fairey Gannet COD 4. Spitfire Tr.9. Spitfire Mk.IXe.
As stated, these are all new tool, and not re-issues of previous kits, and all look very well detailed. The Spit Tr.9 is particularly welcome, as I've been trying to find an out of production conversion kit for some time and, with some alterations, I will now be able to model the "Grace" Spitfire in 1/48th scale.
