Going by the average heights for the birth cohorts most likely to have served in WW2, making up soldiers in their late teens and twenties, it would be around 170 cm.

The records for Germany are sparse for the period, but the 1891–95 cohort had an average height of 168.48 cm but these would have been middle aged men during WW2, possibly serving as fairly senior officers. The 1926–30 cohort, young soldiers towards the end of the war, had an average height of 172.99 cm.

Chat gpt: pilot 165–175 cm. Hartmann was 170 cm. Galland was 178 cm but lean build so fitted well, Molders 169 cm Priller 173 cm Rall 175 cm Barkhorn 174 cm
Last were considered tall.
