April fools' day joke, right? The price of 1.99 BP in recent times is simply ridiculous (sadly!) Here in Canada one cannot find such price (converted to CAD), not even in Dollarama-stores!

Received this from Squadron today - I guess it's a new release. BTW it's offered for $ 59.00 (US not CAD) + shipping.

For 3 models even in 1:72 and the one of them being Do-17Z Kauz, that's a good price, me think.

Is this Revell USA or Germany? I guess the former. Have seen those new boxes with the "Build and Paint" logo. For modellers it's a bit of an insult.
But I do remember reading bad reviews on Amazon, written by angry granmas, who purchased a Christmas gift for their grandchildren. They were so disappointed to find out, that "the box contains grey plastics and some printed pages only".

There is worse: a museum I was visiting frequently (Hamilton, Ontario, Canada) has a flying B-25, known for years as "Grumpy" with the matching noseart.

At some point the museum decided to rename the plane "Hot Gen!". They changed the noseart accordingly. As per a museum's curator I met, an angry granny told him, she will never bring her grandchildren (2 boys) here again. How dare they show pornography to kids?!?

DBMK had a product launch at the Naval Wings Museum in the UK for their 1/32nd scale Hawker Sea Fury and de Havilland Hornet. At the launch they also announced their next two 1/32nd scale project/series.

Released at the same time was a new episode of the Beyond the Box Art podcast with the key people of DBMK where they discussed the companies origins, their modelling philosophy, and some details about the next two 1/32nd scale aircraft model projects/series.

First up, a 1/32 North American Allison Engine Mustang family covering: NA-73 Mustang I, NA-83 Mustang I, NA-91 P-51 Mustang / Mustang IA, NA-97 A-36A Mustang, P-51A Mustang /Mustang II, with the specific USAAF Tac/R-Photo/R sub variants of the F-6A and F-6B.

Second, 1/32 North American F-86 Sabre family of day fighters.

That is mixed in with their already announced other future releases in 1/48 and 1/32.
