I'm using Adobe Illustrator - I'm just a beginner though, still got a lot to learn...

The most cool thing about it is that anything you draw is scaleable, so you can make it large or small without the fuzziness you get with jpgs or whatever...

No, I can't use a mouse very well, I get bad pains - I use a pen mostly (a Wacom) then switch back to the mouse when that starts hurting...
