Hello,
In regard to the famous Fw 200 flight from Berlin to New York in '38, I'm having difficulty to find out what this flight achieved. It was the first land based aircraft to fly from Europe to America without stop or it was the first of such an aircraft departing specifically from Germany to have achived this feat?
PS: I have written the plane's name with "K". Mistake of mine. Moderators can correct it if possible.
