Latest update: the charges of attempting to hire a hitman have been withdrawn because the case was weak: Phil is still being charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of cannabis, threatening to kill:

Love their live show. Seen them quite a few times and was never dissapointed.

Well, AC/DC did post that it wouldn't affect their next album release.

We've only become aware of Phil's arrest as the news was breaking. We have no further comment. Phil's absence will not affect the release of our new album Rock or Bust and upcoming tour next year.
