I can only suggest that as far as pilot movement, you must use a little gravity dynamics. If you are piloting a plane and turn left, while the plane will turn, the pilot will TRY to continue forward, giving the impression that the pilot goes to the right. Think of driving a car and when you turn, your body tries to continue in the direction which you were going. If the car goes left, you will feel your body going to the right. Similar in the air.
I'm no engineer or professir but that is what I understand of the basics.
