That's something I can't understand / figure it out!!!I can answer question 3. Iran's government has been selling missiles and other weapons to the Russians. I doubt if there is much left in the way of sanctions that could be applied against Iran. I think there is a continuing effort to strengthen/ renew/ restart/ reanimate/...nuclear power negotiations with Iran so I don't think the West will want to come down too heavily on Iran.
As to question 1, I hope Russia is paying too much.
It seems to me, after doing no research at all, most of the Shahed drones are downed with million dollar missiles.
As long as the Ukrainians are willing to fight I can't see the West pushing Ukraine to settle with Putin. The West is in this for as long as it takes, IMO.Vladimir Putin's plan to win quickly in Ukraine failed. Russia is now implementing an even more brutal strategy

"The high technical readiness of the US to use infected vectors is evidenced by a patent for an unmanned aerial vehicle designed to disperse infected mosquitoes in the air. In accordance with the description, the drone must deliver a container with insects to a given area and release them. When bitten, mosquitoes can infect military personnel with a dangerous infection, such as malaria," Lieutenant General Ihor Kyrylov said.

Cholera is not transmitted by mosquitos. But I guess Russian populace doesn't know that. Most probably they don't even know that troops south of the broken dam have a Cholera issue. Not too long ago, Putin was blaming the U.S. for Russia's gay "problems", so blami g the U.S. for "infected" mosquitoes does not come as a surprise.
Though infecting an enemy through pests is nothing new...
