This guy is balls'y as Hell but, by his claims against the MOD, he is in effect saying,

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov says the Wagner group's operations will continue in Mali and the Central African Republic, amid uncertainty about the future of the mercenary group.
Wagner members "are working there as instructors" and this work will continue, Lavrov says in an interview with Russian broadcaster RT, adding that this weekend's Wagner revolt will not affect Moscow's ties with "partners and friends".
Lavrov's comments add to the lack of clarity about the group's future, particularly after earlier this month Russia announced that "volunteer formations" would be asked to sign contracts to integrate them with the ministry of defence - something Wagner leader Yevgeny Prigozhin railed against.
The bill gave "volunteer formations" until 1 July to comply and sign the contracts, and although the announcement didn't mention Wagner directly, it was widely regarded as being part of efforts to reduce the group's – and particularly Prigozhin's – influence.
It's still unclear what impact the weekend's abandoned mutiny will have on these plans for integration.
There are also reports that at least some Wagner thugs are joining Prigozhin in Belarus, with reports of facilities being prepared for them to be accommodated. I don't like those rumours and hope they prove untrue or that, if correct, they simply result in more dysfunction within the Russian and Belarusian militaries.

Maybe. Or maybe Putin and Lukashenko use Wagner 2.0 to start a second front as a direct threat to Kyiv. I suspect such a move would make Lukashenko even more unpopular with his people. I also suspect it may be a short-term approach that, if it backfires, may see Lukashenko under threat from Prigozhin.
It's been a crazy week and I suspect there will be reverberations for a long time to come. I just hope it all benefits Ukraine.

Trouble is, Wagner is a lot more than just Prigozhin. Wagner was founded by Dmitry Utkin and there's an entire leadership team waiting to turn on Putin if Prig is betrayed.

On Saturday night, with his heavily armed mercenaries closing in on Moscow, Yevgeny Prigozhin abruptly announced that he was shutting down his insurrection after a negotiated settlement that would allow him to walk away peacefully.

The Daily Beast reported that the flagship propaganda show Sunday Evening With Vladimir Solovyov was brimming with disgust for such an act of presidential leniency.
"I am firmly convinced that during wartime, traitors have to be destroyed! Today, no matter who says what, whatever fairy tales they are telling, a bullet to the forehead is the sole salvation for Prigozhin," said State Duma deputy Andrey Gurulyov, a retired army officer. That's possible. The investigation ongoing would seem to be a betrayal too. And you know if charges are laid Lukashenko will almost certainly extradite. I also wonder how many Wagnerites would still fight for Prigozhin after this debacle.
