As long as high speed aircraft were mentioned, can the F-16s slated for Ukraine carry the SCALP/Storm Shadow?

Nope, but if the Spanish F-18 have been integrated with Taurus I see no reason why Storm-shadow can't be integrated with F-16s.

On the other hand even if it's not integrated wit Storm Shadow/SCALP, F-16 can already carry some useful weapons such as AGM-88, JDAM, AIM-120, and a hypothetical future delivery of JASSM.

Ukraine strikes russian Air defenses in Crimea, slowly push in the Robotyne-Verbove salient of Zaporizhzhia Oblast, maintain a bridgehead across the Dnipro River in Kherson Oblast and fighting off another russian push in Avdiivka:

Yep - like I said in a post a few days back (in different words) -- if all the Russian equipment in NATO and allies hands had been quickly given to Ukraine starting in early March 23 they would have almost certainly repulsed the vast majority of Russian forces with far lower Ukrainian casualties.

They would also probably currently occupy most, if not all, of Crimea.

Hmmm...it's one thing to prevent countries supplying weapons to Ukraine but this Swiss development appears to go a step further:
