I don't think Russia could succeed militarily. It would have to somehow corrupt or influence the Western democracies first.
I've subscribed to this channel for a while. It's like an internet tailgate party for the Ukrainian side.
How would we know the difference?I don't think Russia could succeed militarily. It would have to somehow corrupt or influence the Western democracies first.
Like there's any chance of that happening.

Russia has been running influence campaigns in western countries for over 100 years. China for at least 75.The astute observer may already have noticed indications.

Agitprop is still a thing.
Just look at the US House of Representatives, where a small minority of "kool-aid" addicts, living in an alternate reality, have managed to hog-tie the process of government until they get their way and can force their dingbat policies down the throats of the majority of Americans who oppose them. Textbook playbook of How to Defeat Democracy aka Dictatorship 101. "...comes when you're always afraid;I don't think Russia could succeed militarily. Fake news. Debunked by Mueller Report.Corrupting western democraties worked in Poland, Hungary, Slovakia, possible Italia, seems to work in Germany (AFD) possible Austria and many others which unexplainable strong right-wing parties. This does not even account for Africa, South America, Asia, etc where resistance to fake info and money bribery is far lower.
Has worked in the US for the 2016 election (russian intelligence hacking democrats and providing info to Trump), failed in 2020 but may work again this year.
This russian strategy works fine if they pour enough money and manpower in these influence campaigns.
Because of it's outsized influence on global affairs. Why do we keep coming back to US politics?
