I just thought about that again... So far, the attempts of the Russian Navy (or other forces) to use unmanned boats have not been very successful. They managed to damage one bridge in the Odessa region. There were reports of attempts to go up the Danube River and suggestions that some Russian marine UAVs tried to put mines in the coastal waters. Surprisingly small impact, if we take into account the industrial capacity.
