Absolutely. Putin released serial killers, cannibals, child rapists and similar scum. Hope the Ukrainians will take care of them all.

Not to be too cynical, but they're* enemy combatants who haven't surrendered. What was or is the doctrine of other armies?

It seems that people parachuting from disabled aircraft are protected by some treaties; paratroopers are not.
